Vanessa Branch
I knew at 3 that I wanted to be an actress. I did plays throughout school and graduated from Middlebury College with a double major in Chinese Language and Theatre. I moved to L.A. at 24, after 2 years modeling internationally. Since then I have performed in over 100 T.V. and Film productions. I am best known for my 8-year stint as the cheeky, British Orbit Gum Girl who always said "Dirty Mouth?" and "Fabulous"! We shot 45 commercials all over the world as well as print campaigns and appearances.
I am fortunate to have worked with many great actors/celebrities, from Johnny Depp to Geoffrey Rush to Snoop Dogg to Chrissy Teigen. I have guest-starred on shows, including Lost, Entourage, Star Trek, CSI Miami, NCIS, and Monk to name a few. I was a series regular on the Soap Opera "Port Charles", starred in big budget movies like the first 3 "Pirates of the Caribbean" films, and "Suburban Girl" with Sarah Michelle Gellar, as well as indie films with the likes of Tony Shalhoub. Much to my parents delight, I used my Chinese to star in 4 films in Mandarin, for the Chinese market. I have worked everywhere from Shanghai to Zanzibar to London and loved every minute of it!

7 years ago I gave birth to the love of my life, Jack, and took a hiatus from acting. I've always been drawn to children, volunteer teaching in Tanzania and China, as well as other projects for child education. In the past years I directed 3 professional children's plays in L.A. and started teaching classes. I adore it. Seeing others light up when they experience the power of performance is a real gift, hearing they've never had so much fun. And I love going to work as "Jack's Mom", without doing 2 hours of hair and make-up!
