Descendants, Wicked, Wonka On Stage Broadway Review Ages 7 - 13 This crazy and amazing melding will be created like a Broadway review. We will choose our favorite scenes and musical numbers from these gorgeous films and put together a performance onstage at Missionway Church for friends and family. All these films explore the world of magic, good vs. evil, friendship, strength and perseverance, which allows me to tie them together and give children the chance to choose their favorite one. Students will perform in 1 or 2 worlds, but they will all be put together into one cohesive ensemble performance. Acting, dancing and singing will all be a part of this. However, students have the choice to participate in their areas of interest. For example, those who only want to act or only want to sing, will be able to choose that track in their favorite show/shows. At the same time students will help to create the backdrops, props, costumes and makeup of these visually stunning worlds, work behind the scenes, and learn all aspects of creating a theatrical performance, all while playing games, making friends and having the time of their lives! As we will be creating our own makeup and costumes, I would love to have some parent volunteers and can offer $50 off of tuition to my first 5 volunteers.
